Other Side Ministries Catering is our student-run catering company. This social enterprise is a great way for our students to gain real-world experience and get paid to do it. empowering our students to take their lives back through an opportunity to learn and earn.
Specializing in corporate catering and in-home event buffets our delicious comfort food will exceed you and your guest’s needs.
All catering is buffet style, drop off – We do not have a catering hall and cannot provide seated or plated meals.

Oatmeal or Cream of Wheat – Hot cereal accompanied with raisins and brown sugar.
Gratitude Granola and fresh yogurt– Our chef’s Gratitude Granola with fruit yogurt.
Fresh Fruit – A mixture of the highest quality fruits and berries available.
Scrambled Eggs – Light and fluffy scrambled eggs.
H.O.P.E. Potatoes – Fresh potatoes tossed in our own breakfast seasoning with bell peppers and onions and cooked golden brown.

Down Home Meatloaf – Fresh ground beef baked with a brown sugar glaze, brown gravy, roasted red potatoes, honey glazed carrots, dinner rolls, and whipped butter.
